Auto Renew Change

I received notification that this will renew today however, I do NOT wish for it to and do not want to upgrade. My plan currently is set at $18.00. The bank account I had set this up through is closed and am willing to change if I can have the $18.00 option.

What upgrades are you referring to? It sounds like an expired domain, but you’ll need a moderator to check that out for you. This thread has been tagged for mod attention so one will be with you shortly.
In the meantime, it might help to subscribe to this topic so that you’ll get a notification when someone replies.

The domain they have in my admin isn’t even the one that is auto renewing. I replied to the auto renew email in hopes of getting someone with Word Press to help since it seems the only contact they offer is the public forum.

I think the confusion is that the account you’ve signed in with and posted to here in the forums from does not have any upgrades connected to it. It’s a free account. Free accounts get support via the public support forums.
Your other account is the one with the domain connected to it. When you sign in to that account you should be given the option to submit an email ticket or live chat support query.
