Auto renew domain but not private registration?

  How do I cancel private registration of my domain when it upgrades tomorrow?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I can help you with that. However, the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that domain. Can you log into the account that owns the upgrade?

  Yes, I have two sites and I got the reminder about the upgrade at the other email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). But when I clicked on the link in that email, I got an error message that said “Kadee McDonald” didn’t have rights to access the store for ValaKaye.com.

  Try logging out of WordPress.com with this account, logging in with the account tied to the other email and then clicking the link. That will get you to the right page while you are logged into the right account.

  If the domain renews before we are able to remove the private registration subscription, we can remove it after the fact and get you a refund.
