auto renew failed; how can i renew my custom design?

  My custom design was set to renew and failed because of an expired credit card. How do I renew my custom design so it appears with all my customizations?

  The sole owner of any blog is the person with the username account who registered the blog, who is the original Admin of the blog, and who purchased the upgrades for the blog. That blog owner can update credit card information at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  I see that the upgrade has been renewed now and won’t expire until 2015-05-07.
