Auto renew for peterravn.com failed

  I am trying to renew the costume design for my page, since you wrote that the auto renew failed. But how do I do it? I don’t seem to be able to find other ways to pay than to upgrade – is it Personal, Premium or Business?

  There are no active upgrades on the account you are logged in to. What is the URL of the site you need to renew?

  Thanks for the link. The upgrades for that site are owned by peterravn, so you will need to login to that account to renew.

  Okay, thanks. Now I have logged in to the right domain, but I still don’t see where I can pay to get the right fonts and colours back …

  I’ve added that back to your account, you should be able to renew it from your Manage Purchases page now:
