Auto-renew not present for my domain, expires in 2 days.

    Hi.
When I click on My Upgrades I can see my domain nerdknobs.co.uk, status of expiring but there’s no option I can see to renew. The WordPress website shows a button to the right of the $13 cost but no option to pay for another year, renew automatically or manually.

    domain is nerdknobs.co.uk

    Your assistance would be appreciated.

    Many thanks,
    Darren.

The domain has now expired but is still working. Odd.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Many thanks,
    Darren.

The registrar you bought the domain name from must be paid annually. The domain mapping upgrade you purchase from WordPress.com must also be paid annually.

You need to be logged in as the EXACT account that owns the upgrade to renew it – do you have a second account you might have used to buy the domain mapping upgrade?

Thanks, the domain was purchased with 2 years, and I’ve checked it’s still active.

Just tried to login and the blog has now been closed. Off to try and work out how to get back into the Admin portal.

    Thanks, Darren.
