Auto renew not working

  One email said my domain was auto renewing and the next day another mail said it would be cancelled unless I went to store-upgrades to renew. I think I need to update the credit card, but this option is not presented to me in the store-upgrades area.

  Your domain is currently in the process of being automatically renewed so it looks like you’re good to go here. Once your domain renews, it will be good through 11/9/15. The changes should be shown here within the next several days:
