Auto Renew Notification

    I will be charged $99 for this renewal on February 11, 2023. I need to know what this is for… I do not have a WP Site . I also don’t know where this amount will be charged.

    When I go to my WP Portal I do not have any Purchases listed nor any auto renewal methods.

    Did you get a message about that in an email? If so, can you log out, then log in with the email address that was sent to? That way you’ll be in the right account, and you can contact support directly for help getting canceled properly.
