auto renew refund

i know nothing about auto renew. then suddenly, i got charged. please kindly refund my auto renew money. because it’s not active yet. it will be active on 1st april if i did auto renew.

in fact, i don’t want auto renew. so please, give me back my money that you charge from auto renew.

This was an auto-renewal for your domain name. All domain renewal are always 1 month prior to the expiration date to ensure that you won’t lose your domain name. Do you want to cancel the domain and give up the ownership?

Thanks for reply my message. Yes i want to cancel the domain and giving up the ownership. i don’t want that name either, i’d like to write about something new with new domain soon which is right now still on rough draft.

So please cancel the domain, and give me back my money. It’s still on my refund period of time right? So i’m not too late for asking refund :)

The domain has been canceled and refunded as requested. It can take up to 35 days before it will become available to register somewhere.
