Auto Renew Tricked us

It took me a while to figure out how to cancel the auto renew. Very disappointed in the way wordpress bullies you into renewing the very day they take it out of your account. At least godaddy gives you a few week notice. Low class.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I received notices for renewal in advance of the auto-renew kicking in. I’m surprised to note that you didn’t seem to get them.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can click the “disable auto-renew” link at Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades at any time.

The auto renew notices have issues – the first notification I got for domain mapping this year was the money had been taken from my account – so it happens – not all accounts – I sent the info to the staff and so far nothing as to the why it happens – same thing a year ago and same response from staff “sorry about that, we are looking into it”
Manual renew also has some notification issues with some notices not being sent out

It’s not all blogs – they average something like 10 or 12 renewal notices a minute – but for some reason I am not on the list – would be easy to find if all notices blew up

Depending on the upgrade you should be able to get a no question ask refund for anything except domain name renewal – whine to the staff and even that might be refundable

I’m also asking our team about the issue with renewal email notifications. It can be tricky to track down issues like this when only some of the emails go astray, but we’ll keep investigating it.
