Auto-renew – website down

    Hi, I have forgotten to renew my domain and now my website and emails are down. I have logged in and tried to renew however there isn’t an option, only to upgrade. Can you help please?

    Your domain thisissarahstory.com expired on October 21. We sent several email warnings both before and shortly after it expired.
