auto renew websites

    Hi there,

    You have recently taken payment for a website I thought was shut down. It’s called quietoptimist.com and seems to be on auto renew. I need to cancel the subscription and have the money reinstated. I also need to cancal all other accounts with you as they are not needed at the moment. They might have different email addresses. Can you assist please?

    Thanks for reaching out to us about your quietoptimist.com account. We want to help you, but we do need to let you know that the upgrades for your site are under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently using.

    However, there’s still a way to recover your account. If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, and WordPress.com support can assist you from there. The form is located at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    Please fill out the form as completely as you can, including an email address where Support can contact you. You can find the transaction ID on your bank statement, which will be listed as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. It should look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
