Auto Renewal

In My Upgrades, my subscription status reads Active, Manual Renewal. When I click the Enable Auto Renewal button on the right, update my credit card information, and return to My Upgrades, the button continues to read Enable Auto Renewal. If I enabled Auto Renewal, shouldn’t it now read Disable Auto Renewal? I’d like to enable Auto Renewal. Thank you, WP support team, for kindly addressing this issue.

Hi there,
According to our system, the credit card details you entered are for a credit card that expires before your upgrade expires. To enable Auto Renew, you’ll need to enter credit card details for a card that expires after your upgrade is due to expire. (Otherwise, we won’t be able to use that card for auto renewal.)
