Auto Renewal

  Good morning WordPress helpers,

  I had a question about the auto renewal. I am on a yearly plan that renews my domain each year, but every year the deadline is pushed up. This time it wants me to renew by May 26th, so I’ll be losing a whole month. It that possibly a glitch, or just the way that it’s set up. It feels like I’m not really getting the whole year.

  I bought the first package on June 25th 2012
  I had to renew the it on June 12th 2013
  Now, I need to renew it by May 26th

  All upgrades are renewed one month in advance so we don’t lose our domains if something goes wrong.

  Okay, that’s reasonable. It still would be nice if they added an extra month to the end of the subsciption at some point though. It’s more of an 11 month extension than a yearly renewal

  The actual domain doesn’t expire until 2014-06-25. You still pay for a full 12 months even though you are changed one month in advance.
