Auto renewal

    I can’t turn off auto renewal – I got an email saying I’d be charged automatically, but when I follow the instructions to turn that off, I get a message on screen that says ‘You don’t have any upgrades yet’.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Do you have another account you might have used to buy the upgrade?

    Yes, about 30 seconds ago I found an old email with login information that was originally used to register the domain. When I logged in with THAT account I saw the option to disable auto renewal.
    You can remove this item from “staff attention” – I’m sure they have better things to do. ;)
