Auto renewal

I can’t turn off auto renewal – I got an email saying I’d be charged automatically, but when I follow the instructions to turn that off, I get a message on screen that says ‘You don’t have any upgrades yet’.

Yes, about 30 seconds ago I found an old email with login information that was originally used to register the domain. When I logged in with THAT account I saw the option to disable auto renewal.
You can remove this item from “staff attention” – I’m sure they have better things to do. ;) -

I took the staff not out since you have solved the problem yourself
