  How do I get confirmation that my auto renewal has been cancelled and I have unsubscribed to all wordpress accounts and subscriptions?

  When you navigate to Manage Purchases you will find any active upgrades that are associated with this user account (or the account that you’ve logged in with).

  I see that you removed WordPress.com Personal Plan on 11/6/16.
