  I would like to upgrade our account, and purchase the $8.25/month option for one year. However, since we are using a state university payment method, this subscription can not be set up for auto renewal. Is it possible to pay for a year and be notified when it is time for instead of automatically recharging our card?

  Hi there,

  Once you’ve added the plan, let me know and I can disable automatic renewal for you.

  If you wait until after the refund period of 30 days, you’ll also be able to deactivate it yourself on the Purchases page by using the Cancel Subscription button, but during the refund period you only have the option to completely cancel and refund the plan.

  Ok great, thank you! I will reach out once we have upgraded our plan, or if they will allow us to wait 30 days I’ll just do it myself.
