  I did not want to renew the account and you guys charged my card. I am requesting a refund and the account to be closed. Please.

  Hello,
  did you contact wordpress before the renewal date?
  And did you have auto-renewal turned off?

  I recieved an email this morning about the renewal date (6:10 AM) and at (9:53 am) I received an email saying they charged my card for the payment of renewal. And I logged into my account and they don’t even have my card saved on file for auto renewal.

  HI there,

  Your account is only 5 months old, and renewals only happen once a year. Besides that, your account does not own ANY upgrades at all, so there is nothing in your account to renew.

  Do you have another site/username account on WordPress.com? If so, I’ll need you to please log in as that account and post here, and then I’ll be able to refund the charge if it’s connected to that account.

  Otherwise, you can also search for the charge if you go to WPCHRG.com, and you’ll be able to contact us privately via that page so you can provide additional information we’ll need to track this down.
