We still can’t get access to this. My colleague Tim has seen no invoice when logged into WordPress. Tim works for a different company, and is in a different country to me.
The e-mail address (tim@) is no longer active.
Frankly, this whole episode is ridiculous and has taken up an unreasonable amount of my time. WordPress are happy to bill my credit card, but will not forward me a copy invoice. I find this shocking, with poor customer service.
In short we will live with it for now, but will make a note for February 2018 to delete the website and, and block any payment from my card to WordPress.
This is simply not good enough

We simply cannot provide personal information such as billing receipt to someone who is not the owner of the account unless you can provide proof that you purchased the upgrade. I hope you can understand that – otherwise, we could just provide a bill to anyone who asks for it – and there is personal information on that receipt that only the owner should be privy to.
Again, if you paid for the upgrade, you can definitely get access to the bill if you provide proof. All you need to do is contact PayPal, provide your credit card, and they will give you the transaction ID that you need to prove that you own the upgrade. Then, I can transfer the upgrade to you and see what I can do to get you the receipt as well.

Don’t worry about it. Because Tim is no longer with the company his e-mail address no longer exists. This is compounded by the fact we cannot log into WordPress using the Tim account – it doesn’t like the password. We can’t change the password because the new one would be sent to tim@pg… which does not exist. I hope you get the idea…
We are fed up with WordPress. A simple request has taken up an inordinate amount of time, and we are just going round in circles. Tim worked for PG, but no longer. I work for PG, but we are hamstrung by WordPress insisting details be sent to someone who no longer works for this company. Please do not be offended if I say we are very pissed off!

That’s what I am trying to convey. You don’t need access to Tim’s email in order to retrieve the receipt for you. If you prove that you own the upgrade, I can work directly with you to provide the information you seek. The only reason as of now Tim’s account is important is because there hasn’t been proof that anyone has authorization to information under his account.
