  I cannot find the option to cancel the auto renewal setting. I have been to the manage purchases option but the only thing I see there is ‘Looking to upgrade?

  Upgrade Now’. I need to cancel the auto-renewal and I need a refund of the money already taken from my card.

  Hi,

  Staff can help you in this. they can turn off auto renewal.
  Added “modlook” tag for staff assistance.
  You will get a reply soon from the staff.

  Please take a note that after that you need to remember all the deadlines of the subscriptions.

  Are you referring to the site redirect for enrichyourmind.co.uk? If so, this upgrade is owned by another account, which is why there is no option to cancel it.

  Please log out of WordPress.com, then log back in with the username uwemmbotumana and reply here and confirm you would like a refund. I can then take care of that for you.
