  Hi, I thought I had turned off all of my auto renewals for my word press personal subscription and the domain registration for tanyasturges.com but I think they have renewed today. Can you check for me and confirm please and if possible can they be cancelled and can I receive a refund? I no longer use this site/blog. Thank you

  Hi there,

  To cancel your purchases, please log into your account and go to the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings.

  For domains, you must cancel it before 48 hours to receive refund & for hosting plan you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund

  Hi there,

  I see that you have canceled your plan and you received a full refund. You should see that refund on your statement within 10 days.
