  I wish to remove my credit card from auto renewal but do not have the login info. Please advise of what the procedure is.

  @mike564, no problem. Can you send a link to the site you’re trying to cancel renewal for? We’ll look up the username for you, and reach out to the email address on file.

  Got it. Are you able to log in as user ortizcamp ?

  Or, if you have a transaction ID from a payment, can you head to https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and enter that username and the transaction ID to recover the account?
