  Hi there,

  I believe my G-Suite has been auto renewed yesterday and I’ve been charged £40. However, the emails were going to my spam folder so I had no idea this charge was going to be incurred.

  I no longer use this word press site any more and would like to cancel please.

  Hello there, you are able to request a refund right from your account for this charge. Just follow the steps here in this link. If you scroll down a little you’ll see the steps to request a refund.

  Manage Your Purchases

  Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. International refunds can take a little longer to reach you if you are outside of the U.S.

  FYI I believe you can also turn off the auto renew from there as well :-)
