  Hi I cancelled the auto renewal but it didn’t work because it says I have been charged today. I am distraught at it has cost me £100 – is there anyway it can be cancelled and refunded?

  You can log in to your WordPress.com account and go to manage purchases to cancel what you no longer need.

  For what site is this? The account you’re using to post here hasn’t owned any upgrades with us since 2016 and we don’t even have valid payment information on file for you any more. You have not been charged via this WordPress.com account.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
