  I need to refund the auto-renew and turn it off. HOW. This site is SO frustrating!

  Are you inquiring about huntingpreserveforsale.com?

  I can see that there’s a payment dispute filed through your bank. We can’t process a direct refund until that dispute has been cancelled on your end.

  Our refund will take about ten days to reach you. A bank dispute will take several months.

  The other piece of this is that you deleted your user account. So, in order for us to process a refund or provide more help that account needs to be reinstated. Please reply to the email notification that we sent when the account was deleted. Let us know in your not there that the account needs reinstated for a refund.
