Auto renewal

hello, I recently recieved a charge for $300. I was unaware I was on an auto renewal plan. I have not been using this account and I will close it out completely once the refund for the $300 is processed. Please let me know what I need to do to get this refunded.

You can follow the guide linked below on how to request refund:
https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#removing-purchasesIf it’s been more than 96 hours since the purchase date, you will not receive a refund but you can either immediately remove the domain name from your account, or turn automatic renewal off so that you are not billed for it again.

The $300 charge is connected to a different user account. There’s no charge history on the account that you’ve used to contact us.
We aren’t able to assist with a refund until we hear from you under the proper account.
The better option might be for you to head over to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and use the
contact supportlink on the right hand side of that page.
