  Hello there. I just got charged on my paypal for an auto renewal For domain mapping, registration and my premium membership. I meant to cancel this before it auto renewed but forgot. I have not been using this domain for many months now and no longer need to use WordPress. Is there any way to undo that renewal charge and cancel my membership and domain registration?

  To Cancel and Request a Refund, go to the Manage Purchases section in your account linked below:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  To cancel Auto-Renewals:
  https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#to-turn-off-automatic-renewal

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
