  I just want to be sure that I turned auto renewal off. I do not want to continue paying for this service as I’ve never even used it. How can I be sure I’m not going to get charged for another year subscription?

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
