Auto renewal

I’ve been billed for another year’s subscription on an account I no longer use. This also happened last year (in May 2023; you sent me a refund) and I thought the issue was settled then.

In addition to the above, I have no active susbcriptions (so can’t cancel or disable auto renew) yet I have still been billed £120
