  Hi there,

  Allow me to quote verbatim the auto-renewal cancellation section of the Renewing and Cancelling support page:

  You can turn off automatic renewal for your domain name or plan by choosing the option to cancel on the Purchase page. If your domain name or plan is outside of our refund window then it will stay active until its expiration date and you will not be automatically charged for its renewal.

  I’ve also tagged your question for staff attention, as payment issues are sometimes confusing.

  kkelly1991 – Can you clarify for me if you are looking to simply cancel the auto renewal on your upgrades, or if you want to completely cancel the upgrades now? These are 2 different actions, so I want to clarify that with you.

  I also see that you’ve placed a chargeback on the auto renewal that went through today. We won’t be able to issue a refund until that is cancelled. Once it is cancelled we will process the refund ( if you want to cancel the upgrades all together ) and you’ll receive your money within ten days.

  Otherwise, you will still receive your money through the bank chargeback but it will take up to a few months.
