Auto renewal cancellation

    Hi there I just checked my profile and I cannot see that I signed up for auto renewal of registration fees and any other fees . I prefer to do payments manually please. Could you please check for me what could have happened? Regards Joanna Falco

    there are no sites on the account you’re writing us from.
    What’s the address of the site where you have active subscriptions? If you could reply to this thread from the correct account we can help you out and turn off auto-renewal. You can also do it yourself:
