Auto-renewal confirmed, so why am I being warned of an expiring domain?

Two months ago, I received an email assuring me my domain was going to me auto-renewed. One month ago, I received a second email assuring me of the same. One week ago, a third email. Yesterday, a fourth. So why did I just receive an email warning me my domain is about to expire? I just checked my bank account, I was charged for the auto-renewal, it went through perfectly fine, and I have FOUR emails assuring me of auto-renewal, so why am I suddenly being warned that my domain is about to expire instead? I am confused, and I do not want my domain to expire.

You can see which items will be auto-renewed and (if any) which wouldn’t. WordPress.com renews the auto-renewable domains 30 days before the expiration date.
WordPress.com says:
If you’d like your upgrade to renew automatically each year, you can Enable Auto Renew. We’ll send you notification emails before charging your card, however we do automatically renew upgrades 30 days before their expiration date. Why? Since letting an upgrade expire may result in unwanted site changes to your site or loss of domains, we want to ensure that everything is taken care of in advance.
Note: If you use a credit or debit card to purchase a domain, Auto Renew will be enabled by default. You can disable Auto Renew at any time on the My Upgrades page.

Did you renew both Domain Name Registration and Domain Mapping? Both are required for a custom domain name to work with a web site here

It’s my first time going through the renewal process (hooray 1st anniversary!) so I really don’t know. I’m looking at the My Upgrades page the warning email directs me to and it’s telling me that my domain is renewing, the price for renewal (which has already been charaged), and I’m not seeing two separate charges/costs for maintaining my domain, so… I’m stumped.

So, I’m seeing that the autorenewal was initiated. But it doesn’t appear to have been completed yet.
The only think I can think of is that, due to the weekend, your bank hasn’t confirmed with us that the payment went through. And because of that, the system sent you an expiration warning because there was less than a month to go before the expiration date.
Here’s what I would like to do, can you give it ~24hours and see if it clears up? If not, let me know and I can force things through. I’m just wary of messing with things while that charge is still pending.
