Auto renewal disabled but was charged and renewed anyway

    I was charged for renewal having checked my bank statement, I logged in to wordpress to find my subscription renewed despite never setting up auto renew. I would like to be refunded.

    Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain paparaski.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using paparaski.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

    Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.
