Auto Renewal Error

    Today I got an email saying my domain name was set to expire on November 18th, and it said to change my settings to auto renew, but when I went to my settings, they are set to auto renew on November 4th. So I’m confused as to why I got this email. I just want to make sure I don’t lose my domain! Help!

    Auto renew normally happens 30 days before an upgrade expires that is to allow time to fix any issues

    There are some problems with the notification system and the sending of notices – the staff is working on the notifications (using two of my sites as a test bed, which is why I know about the problem) – don’t know if you are experiencing the same thing or not –

    But I have flagged this for the staff to help – they are however way backed up

    You have auto renewal enabled and your domain appears to have been renewed, as the expiration date is now 2016-11-18.
