Even if everything is set up correctly, Automatic Renewal can still fail if your bank denies the transaction.
That said, of what upgrade are you speaking? I can see you bought a Personal Plan in December last year, but that plan was cancelled at your request on 23 February, so you don’t currently own any upgrades in this account.
