Auto renewal of domain

  I want to cancel my wordpress domain but i have been charged £30 without wanting to renew my domain. Can this amount be refunded and my word press domain canceled.

  Hi there,

  I can’t find any charge under the username you’re using to post to this thread. If the charge is under another WordPress.com, please use that account to post to this thread.

  I also cannot find any cahrge under this username and under manage payments and billing history its shows nothing. I recieve an email saying i needed to cancel the dispute done through paypal because i suspected it of being a fraudulent transaction. I did this and replied to the email billingsupport@wordpress.com stating that i needed a refund but i have yet to hear a reply. Any help would be useful. Thanks.

  Since you have replied to the email from our billing department, you should wait for their reply as they have more information about this issue.

  In general when there is an open dispute we can’t issue a refund. You can read more about it here:

  Also, to cancel the dispute quicker you can call PayPal directly.
