Auto renewal on blog. Thought I had it set to manual

  Hi, I’ve been charged $18 for domain auto renewal and although it isn’t a significant amount, I’d like to hopefully request for a refund as I haven’t used this blog in months & I didn’t realise I had auto renewal turned on., didn’t realise it was an option.

  The domain mapping can be refunded at

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades

  Domain mapping should have a 30 day window to get a refund

  Domain registration renewal is normally not refundable, I have flagged this for staff attention in case you have problems with the refund

  Hi thank you,
  I tried earlier but because I’ve had it for 11 months already it wouldn’t let me. Although I thought I had the setting where I choose to renew myself.

  I’m seeing that payment as having been voided. So you should be good to go.
