Auto renewed for the last 5 years

  I was auto renewed for the last 5 years and I would like to be refunded at least partially.
  Hi I didn’t realize I would be auto renewed without being notified can I please be refunded and have this shut down?

  Unfortunately we aren’t able to process any refunds because you’ve deleted the account all together. Refunds can only be issued from our system with in 30 days of purchase or renewal and the last renewal on the account is 60 days old already.
