  Hi i turned off auto renewal for this website in January 2021 but i just was charged for the website renewal. How do i get a refund?

  Hey there, I don’t see record of you turning off renewals, but we could normally still refund it for you. The only thing getting in the way right now is that there’s a chargeback. We can’t refund while an investigation is pending. Are you able to cancel that with your bank so we can work on the refund for you? It’s generally a faster process.
