Auto Start background audio (Partial Blindness)

  Hi, I’m looking for a way to auto-start an audio file (mp3 preferably) on my client wordpress.
  All I could find with the search function is people saying how bad it is to have a music with autoplay running on a homepage but before anybody comes here to tell me the same, I must explain that client has partial blindness, and so do some of the people that come on his blog.

  Basically he just wants a small audio file with no player visible on screen and no loop saying some stuff only on the homepage of the blog (like a voice reading the website address).

  I tried a few things like the embed and some javascript but none achieved to do the work in wordpress (3.3.1)
  Any help would be much appreciated :)
