Auto Subscription?

    I am paying a subscription to The Sound Collectors Club but I have no receipts or information about it in my Account Settings. Therefore I have been unable to cancel.
    How can I cancel this account so that I will not have to pay another subscription?

    Hi there,

    What is the URL for that site?

    I don’t see any record of payments under the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here, so it doesn’t look like that’s a WordPress.com site, using our subscription service.

    If it’s a WordPress site that’s hosted somewhere else, we have no control over it, and to cancel any subscription you bought directly through the site, you’ll need to contact the site’s owner to cancel that.
