Auto-Subscription for Premium Blog
-
Hi,
I agreed to the free 14 day trial for a premium Blog, however, I never read (it was probably staring me in the face) that the subscription auto renews if I don’t cancel. I never cancelled, and was charged the yearly fee on August 14 2015.
At this time I do not want the premium service, but will most likely in the future sign up for it. How can I be refunded for the premium service that I don’t want?
Thanks for helping,
Julian

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

Hi Julian,
I see you successfully cancelled that Premium plan, and a full refund was issued. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
