Auto sync data to woocommerce from other sites

    Hello guys
I’m computer technician, and i want to become an online seller of computers.
What I’m trying to do, it’s to build a system that pull all the products data (names, images, prices, specs etc.) from importers sites, and integrate it into my woocommerce. I need it to sync the data at least once a day, to make sure the quantities and prices are accurate.
I thought to create a system using python, to pull the data to CSV file on google sheets, then connect it somehow to woocommerce.
The problem is: i never did something like this before, and i have no clue what is the right way to do that, and which tools i need. I could learn to do anything, but i don’t know what to learn…
To make it simple, here is my questions:
    1. What is the best process to pull data from my importers sites, and from xml/csv files that i downloading from this sites.
    2. What is the right thing to do with that data. Import it directly to woocommerce somehow, put it in CSV, or another thing.
    3. What is the best way to auto sync the data into woocommerce. (I have all in one import plugin).
    4. There is any guide, tutorial, tool or software that could help me?
    Tnx a lot
