Auto tweeting a post

My first two posts got tweeted automatically to twitter, but none since. I tried to use the Sharing settings in Publicize but twitter is rejecting it. I have no idea why.

I think this is related although not the same issue.
I publish my posts on WordPress and have them linked to automatically post on Twitter and Facebook to cut down on my admin. However, when I look at my Twitter profile these posts are not available to view but have been posted in the timeline. However, if I uninstall the twitter app from my phone and reinstall the post appears on my page again. No issue with Facebook. Seems odd?
