Autodelete imagenames in Medialibrary (upload without?)

  Hi. Whenever I upload (or send) an image to my gallery, within title AND description names like img123 or fullsizerender123 are added.

  Both have to be deleted so there is no name (caption), or have to be changed to a desired one (after manual deleting…).

  Is there any way to get rid of these auto-entries?
