Autofocus – space between header and content

Hi,
i searched a while but didn’t find the answer of my problem:
I use the Autofocus template and I don’t like the big space between the header and the content.So there is the header with my logo – then the page title and after this the page.. The problem is the space between header and page title.. Does anyone know how to change this?
