Autoloaded Options – Can;’t find them?
-
On my site health, I have one critical message: How do I fix this, and where do I find the options? I am using Cpanel.
“Autoloaded options are configuration settings for plugins and themes that are automatically loaded with every page load in WordPress. Having too many autoloaded options can slow down your site. Your site has 1431 autoloaded options (size: 1 MB) in the options table, which could cause your site to be slow. You can review the options being autoloaded in your database and remove any options that are no longer needed by your site”

We can’t be much of a help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress;com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://macrostudios.ca
Don’t panic about those so called warnings, I personally find them bogus. Test your site using https://gtmetrix.com/ and you’ll get a more reliable result.
