Automated renewal of premium plan

  Hi
  we have not been using wordpress for some months now, we have noticed that our account had been billed for renewal of our premium plan. we were wondering if it is possible to cancel this as we do not use wordpress anymore and were not aware that our account was set up like this.
  please let me know at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there,

  You can cancel your plan via Purchases. You would want to click the button to Cancel below the plan details. Then, simply follow the prompts to cancel your plan.

  Be sure to check your email for a link to confirm your cancellation.

  For plans, you must cancel within 30 days of the purchase to receive a refund. Instructions on how you can request a refund can be found here.
