  i do not want to upgrade the package- trying to cancel asap- i do not want to additional fees

  You should be able to cancel upgrades by following the procedure for getting a refund:

  Also check the:

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> turn off the Auto Renew option on items you no longer need. Is domain registration one of the upgrades?
