Automatic arrange categories on menu

  Hi!
  I need the categories to automatically arrange in the secundary menu.
  I have 300 categories, subcategories and subsubcategories, i can’t add them manually.
  How can i solve this?

  The menu is ‘categorias’. I need to appear all the categories there automatically when i import products.
