    I have been billed for a site that shows it was set up in 2009. I have never used it and would like to cancel and get a refund. Can you help me?

    I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.

  • Hi georgiaoutpost, we don’t see any billing associated with this account, so I’m guessing it’s under another username. We’d be happy to help if we can find the right site, though.

    Could you either send a link to the site, or head to wpchrg.com, fill out the form, and contact billing directly?
